We design, install, and maintain attractive and resilient landscapes with plants and trees native to the local environment to enhance habitat, benefit pollinators, and local wildlife.

Howard EcoWorks Names Alec Lynde Executive Director; Founder Lori Lilly to Serve as Senior Advisor

We are proud to announce a leadership transition as the Board of Directors appoints Alec Lynde as its next Executive Director. Founder Lori Lilly will remain a vital part of the team, transitioning into a Senior Advisor role. In this new capacity, she will lead strategic initiatives such as fundraising, project development, and the continued transformation of Holly Hills into a premier center for conservation and green jobs training.

37th Annual Baltimore Herb Festival

Date: 5/23/26

Time: 9:30 am - 3 pm

Leakin Park | 1920 Eagle Dr, Baltimore, MD 21207

​We will be selling native plants here! The festival is a fundraising project to support the care of the 1859 Winans Chapel in Leakin Park while also promoting the value of using and growing herbs. This year’s herb is Turmeric. Admission is $8 for adults and free for children.
