• Ordering and Payment:

  • Orders can be placed through our website hosted on Wix or in person at our store location.

  • We accept payments through PayPal and iZettle, our trusted POS system associated with PayPal.

• Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the delicate nature of plants and the unique conditions they require, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please consider your selections carefully before finalizing your purchase.

• Shipping and Delivery:

  • We do not offer shipping services for Seeds of Change Nursery. However, we offer local delivery through Howard Ecoworks when we host Community Deals. Delivery fees may apply. Please contact us for more details.

  • Ecoworks store offers shipping on select merchandise during the off season of Seeds of Change. Howard Ecoworks is not held liable for damage during shipping with a 3rd party. Howard Ecoworks will use 3rd parties for shipping such as USPS.

• Warranty and Guarantees:

  • We do not provide warranties for our plants. Our team takes great care to ensure the health and quality of the plants at the time of sale, but we cannot guarantee their growth or longevity due to various environmental factors beyond our control.

• Store Hours:

  • Our store hours are subject to change based on weather conditions. Please check our website or contact us for the most up-to-date information regarding our operating hours.

• Plant Availability:

  • Please note that the quantities and availability of plants on our website and in-store might not always be accurate. Our inventory is subject to seasonal changes and demand variations.

  • We take pride in offering a diverse range of plants. It's important to note that not all plants will be available at all times due to seasonal shifts. Our staff is here to guide you in selecting plants that thrive in your environment.
