About the event
Join us in gathering and growing native seeds from our local landscape! Learn how you can help restore native plants in our community.
In this workshop, we will clean and process native seeds that were collected last fall. While cleaning the seeds, participants will learn about native plants and their benefits with our Natural Resource Specialist, Zsuzsanna Cooke.
We are engaging and educating the community about local ecotype plants. Over the course of the coming year, we will be leading and training volunteers in collecting and propagating native seeds. We want to empower others to support biodiversity through environmental stewardship activities with native plants. This event is free and open to the public, please rsvp to join!
