About the event
Celebrate Earth Day with Howard EcoWorks, an environmental nonprofit servicing Howard County and the Baltimore Region. Join us for a day of learning, fun activities, and volunteering, while we offer give aways and discounts on native plants! Seeds of Change Opening: our native plant nursery is opening for the season and for the first time at our Holly Hills location. We're offering 10% off on orders of $50 or more exclusively at this event!
Native Seed Giveaway: We're giving away free local ecotype native seeds that will be featured in our activities. These seeds were harvested thanks to a grant provided by Howard County Government.
Volunteer Opportunities: We're looking for volunteers to help us with forest management and conservation in the wooded areas around Holly Hills property. This is a great way to engage in environmental conservation in your local community in honor of Earth Day!
